I’m D’wayne J. Louard, a husband, father, ordained pastor, and your Spiritual Wholeness Coach. I’ve spent over 25+ years serving as a teacher, worship leader, preacher, and mentor. But the most defining moments of my faith came through the fire.When my son was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, my faith was tested like never before. Through prayer, fasting, scripture, and complete dependence on God, we witnessed a miracle. That experience solidified everything I teach today.I don’t just believe in spiritual growth. Scheduling Your Session
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your first session. Please have your Payment Receipt Number ready, as it will be required for scheduling. If you have any questions or don’t receive the confirmation email after scheduling, please contact me at [email protected].
Group Coaching & Immersive Study Trainings (Includes Live & Pre-Recorded Classes)
All training purchases are final and non-refundable once processed.
If a live class is missed, replays may be made available for a limited time depending on the structure.
No rescheduling is required for one-time live group classes.
Classes are reserved exclusively for Inner Circle Members and cannot be transferred or shared.
Subscription/Installment-Based Memberships
If a participant cancels before completing all regular payments, they are still responsible for any remaining balance due for the current month.
**All payments are non-refundable. **Future payments will be stopped after cancellation is confirmed.
Premium Members may cancel or downgrade at any time. Upgrades can be made at any point as well.

Once payment is made, orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of each resource.
Rescheduling for 1-on-1 sessions is allowed (see below).
All custom guides (devotionals or fasting guides) will be delivered within the timeframe outlined in the service description (usually 3–7 business days).
Rescheduling Policy – One-on-One Sessions
24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed session.
Further reschedule requests for the same session may result in forfeiture.
Email reschedule requests to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed Session Policy
No-Shows: If a client misses a session without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.
If you have a genuine emergency, please email to explain and reschedule as soon as possible. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.
